Meridian Osteopathy

What Do I do?

I integrate Osteopathy, Western Medical Acupuncture and Sports Rehabilitation into one session, without additional charge.

Typically, the initial consultation involves completing a consent form, taking a case history, undergoing physical examination, and discussing treatment plan, prognosis and further management. If you are satisfied with the proposed treatment plan, Nina proceeds with gentle hands-on treatment, which may include Balanced Ligamentous tension, Joint manipulation, soft tissue techniques, and myofascial unwinding techniques. Occasionally, needling maybe incorporated with the client’s consent. Please allocate 45-60mins for the initial consultation.

The subsequent treatments will be trailered based on client’s response to previous sessions. This may include different osteopathic techniques, various needling techniques (Dry Needling/ Auricular Acupuncture/ Electrical Acupuncture), and cupping.

As your condition improves and your body is ready for Rehabilitation, Nina will offer a personalised rehabilitation program. This program uses the Physitrack app for home exercises, providing clear exercise videos straight to your smartphone or computer. These exercises are designed to prevent future injuries.
